He Was Buried in the Tomb He Was Buried in the Tomb
By His blood, the Lord redeemed us from sins. And by His burial, He brought our sinful deeds and our body of sin with Him to the grave. He did this so God would remember our sins no more, and we would no longer live in the shadow of our past sins. Now, we stand before God as if we have never sinned. He has treaded all our sins underfoot and cast them into the depths of the sea. Our sins are never to be remembered again. What a precious gospel! 覀𦲂ehold! The Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!仮 (John 1:29). Therefore, when we believe in Jesus Christ, we are crucified and buried with Him. Since our body of sin has been done away with, we should sin no more.
